Community Manager - LIHTC and Section 8 Experience
Location: Rochester, NY
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Manage affordable housing properties participating in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and administering Section 8 housing vouchers
- Coordinate resident relations, leasing, maintenance, and financials
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing LIHTC and Section 8 properties
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, OneSite, etc.)
- Strong understanding of LIHTC and Section 8 regulations and compliance requirements
